Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard Shipping (48hr Royal Mail Tracked) — £4.95
- Free Shipping — on orders over £40
International Shipping We do not currently offer a standard international shipping rate. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email us at in.her.bold.era@gmail.com before ordering so we can provide you with a shipping quote.
Please do not place an international order without contacting us first, as we may be unable to fulfil it.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as Royal Mail delays or busy periods. We appreciate your patience.
